Can I place an order for pickup?
Yes, but please note the following:
- We are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
- It's best to call ahead and let us know when you plan on coming. We will make sure someone is here to help you. Call 250 862 4570 or email info@flywithwine.ca to schedule your pickup.
- For personalized product orders:
- Please allow 5 business days for suitcases with custom nameplates to ship.
Shipping and Handling Timelines:
- Orders that do NOT include customization typically ship within 2 business days. If you paid for an expedited shipping service, your order will ship within one business day as long as the order was placed before 1:00 pm Pacific Time.
- Orders that include customized products typically ship within 5 business days.
- To BC, AB, SK, MB: 2-4 Business Days
- To Maritimes: 5-8 Business Days
- To ON & QC: 4-7 Business Days
- Transit times vary and are unpredictable. Our apologies.

We offer 2-Day and 1-Day shipping options within Canada.
Important: Please know that if you personalize your product with a custom nameplate , we will still need the following time to ship your products out:
- 5 days for suitcases with nameplate

Non-Customized Product Orders:
- Overnight Shipping - Order by December 18th
- Express 2-Day Shipping - Order by December 15th
- Ground Shipping - Order by December 11th
Orders Including Customized Products:
- Overnight Shipping - Order by December 11th
- Express 2-Day Shipping - Order by December 8th
- Ground Shipping - Order by December 4th
